Your delivery email includes step-by-step instructions to get your Freepik Premium active. If you get stuck, reply to that email and we walk you through it. Not sure it suits your situation? Email us before you buy.
Support & refunds
Replacement-first support for the plan period you paid for. If something stops working during that period, reply to your order email and we fix or replace it.
