Do I need an account to buy?
No. Enter your email at checkout and pay by card. Your order details and a private order link are emailed to you. You can create an account later to keep all your orders and use a prepaid balance.
How fast is delivery?
Every order is prepared by hand. We aim to deliver within 12 hours of payment. You get a confirmation email right after payment and a second email when it is ready, with activation steps.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe's checkout page. Prices are in Canadian dollars, so there is no currency conversion, and it is a one-time charge: nothing renews automatically. Your card details never reach our server.
What if it stops working?
Replacement-first support for the plan period you paid for. Reply to your order email and we fix or replace it. If we cannot make it work as described, the refund policy applies.
